All therapy is feedback oriented, trauma-informed and person-centred with an intersectional lens.
Generalist counselling seeks to address diagnosed or undiagnosed mental health concerns in order to improve overall health and wellbeing.
Counselling takes an individualised, contextualised approach, focusing on you as the expert of your own experience. We view health as holistic and psychosocial, while incorporating evidence-based tools through feedback-oriented interventions.
Counselling such as talk therapy and psychotherapy are used to better understand what is happening for you and provide you with the tools and techniques to meet current and future challenges.
At Inclusive Therapy, counsellors may utilise cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and other suitable psychotherapies in which they are trained.
The aim of counselling is set by the you and counsellor. Therapy is strengths-based, trauma-informed and client-centred.
